Well, anyone who knows me knows at least three very important details about me: 1 - I'm a writer, 2- I can't spell to save my life, and 3 - The cartoons of my childhood are still very near and dear to my heart. Though I've been deeply saddened when the characters of my past (most of whom I considered friends when I was a child) were reinvented, some I've been quite pleased with. The new Strawberry Shortcake is one I am pleased with. Well, I'm off to paint today.
